FindTribe is a festival and live-event app that puts your friends on one private map of the venue, with meeting points and messaging that can keep working over Bluetooth and optional long-range radio when cellular data fails.

Your phone shows bars, but every text bounces back unsent. A festival crowd can overload a cell tower long before the headliner walks on. That is when “where are you?” becomes the hardest question of the night.
Four steps
Set it up before the gates.
It keeps working after.
Activate the event.
The venue map downloads to your phone: stages, gates, water, medical stations. It stays there when data drops.
Get your tribe on the map.
Invite the friends you are going with. Only invited people can see you. Your location is never public.
One pin. Everyone converges.
Drop a meeting point at a gate or a landmark. Everyone gets a bearing and distance to it, with the map already on the phone.
When the network dies, Mesh takes over.
Nearby FindTribe phones relay short sealed updates over Bluetooth. Optional LoRa pods link directly for miles. A radio path has to exist.
What to expect
Honest limits.
Live updates need a path: internet, a Bluetooth relay chain of FindTribe phones, or two compatible LoRa pods in radio reach. If nothing can reach, the update waits. Event AI needs internet. SOS alerts the trusted friends you chose, not emergency services.
