/EVENTS — FOR ORGANIZERS

Your event,
on a live map.

Give every attendee a live map of your event, and give your team the whole picture. FindTribe works with festivals, races, fairs and stadium events.

Building it yourself, or mapping a campus, a trail or a town after an emergency? Anyone can make a map in the app. SEE HOW MAPS WORK →

For your team

Build it. Publish it.
Read the field.

Attendees get a simple live venue map. Your team gets the tools behind it: map editing, live marker updates, privacy-preserving crowd flow, snapshots and kiosk views.

A draft your team reviews first.

Describe stages, gates, vendors and boundaries, or upload the site plan you already have. FindTribe drafts the venue map. Your team refines it before anyone sees it.

Crowd heatmaps

Read the field in real time

Live, privacy-preserving heatmaps help your operations team see where crowds are forming and decide where to look next.

Kiosk mode

Wayfinding screens

Turn any screen at the venue into a live map kiosk with one link.

Sponsored placements

Revenue, not banner ads

Sponsored markers and placements attendees actually want to find. Revenue comes from sponsors, never from selling user data.

Attendee safety

SOS looks for an available path

An attendee's SOS can use internet, a direct LoRa pod link, or nearby Bluetooth relays to alert their trusted people. It does not contact emergency services.

Timeline & snapshots

The event, replayable

Snapshot and timeline tools in the dashboard let your team review flow hour by hour and plan next year with data.

Zero bars

A path when carrier data fails

Downloaded venue maps and meet points stay on each attendee's phone when data stalls. FindTribe Mesh, direct LoRa pods or nearby Bluetooth relays, can still carry short texts, SOS and locations.

Long-range rollout

Direct pods first. Venue repeaters next.

Phase 1 connects compatible LoRa pods directly. Phase 2 adds intentionally placed repeaters that organizers can help deploy across venues and cities. Talk to us if you want to help shape the first coverage plans.

The dashboard

Command the map.

All of it from one dashboard, built on the same live map your attendees hold in their hands.
